Who didn't receive a Grammy nomination?

Taylor Swift is up for three nominations this year. She has 12 prior nominations and six Grammy wins. 

Who didn't receive a Grammy nomination? Well, lots of talented artists but most were surprised that 
Justin Bieber wasn't on the list for his album "Believer."
